Refridgerator ice door constantly opening and closing

Our ice door keeps opening and closing and water and ice does not dispense. I see this is a common issue. How do we get someone out to fix it?

Call Samsung warranty department or if you purchased an extended warranty through a department store contact thier warranty department that was included with your paperwork or email.
