My family hub touchscreen does not respond to touch since yesterday , I can’t unlock the screen. I turned off the screen and turned it back but I can’t unlock the screen. I unplugged the fridge and it didn’t work either.

I see lots of people having issues with their family hub & touch screen not responding. I tried to reply to those posts but it seems to not allow me to once there has been a reply by Samsung. I found a fix for this issue last night. Inside your fridge next to the power switch is a USB port. I was able to plug in a wired mouse and reset my touchscreen and perform an update through this and get my touchscreen to work again. I hope this helps the ones that are still having this issue.
