I can’t Watch Samsung TV plus in  my family Hub Refrigerator 

when I go to settings 

it says that I’m not sing in 

but when I look the main page it says that this service is not available in your country, but I’m in Kentucky USA

can someone help me please

Try and unplug the refrigerator from the outlet for at least 5 minutes, then plug it back in. Also, make sure you are signed into your Samsung account to use Samsung TV plus.
