The smaller drawer on our Samsung bespoke squeaks loudly as you pull the drawer out and push it back in.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I see how this can be concerning with your fridge making this noise. You can try the following below to see if it will help.

  1. If your doors were removed and then put back on, make sure they were reinstalled properly. Your user manual provides instructions for this.
  2. If you look under the front of the fridge, the leveling legs should be in full contact with the floor and the wheels shouldn't be touching the floor at all. If that's not what you see, check out our guide for leveling the refrigerator.
  3. Give it a week of normal use. The harness that runs through the door may not be properly seated in new refrigerators. As the doors are opened and closed on a daily basis, the harness will properly seat itself. If the noise continues after a week, remove the hinge cover and check the wire harness. This is described in your user manual.
  4. Spray the door hinges with a food grade silicone spray. (Not WD-40, which will remove grease in or around the hinge.)

If this does not help then this will be something that would required service.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
