I have a Samsung Refrigerator RF23J9011SR/AA. The freezer temperature should be set to 0 F. After power off, I cannot put freezer temp to 0 F. It keep goingback to -10 F. I hold freezer and fridge button at the same time for seconds. This will reset refrigerator. However, after that, freezer temperature still go back to -10 F. Who can help me on this to reset freezer temp to 0 F degree? Thanks
Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding the freezer temperature. Once you reach the desired temperature, the fridge will adjust the temperature down one degree each time and the panel will flash the set temperature on the display during adjustment. When the temperature has reached the desired settings it will reflect on the display please keep in mind however, the display will reflect the current internal temperature until then.
To assist with cooling, your fridge may come with a Power Cool function, which will speed up the cooling process. Generally on most models to activate this, you will press the Fridge button repeatedly until the Power Cool indicator lights up.
