Kitchen and Family HubSamsung has a know issue with defective decals on its stoves. I called today and was told it must be my fault. I’m either using it too much or using harsh chemicals. Neither of which are true. It was really poor service. Why can’t Samsung offer people new decals?!? They know it’s a problem. Why not take responsibility? I won’t be buying Samsung again after the way I was treated.
