Good morning, I have a Double Wall Oven NQ70M7770DG/AA. I can turn on the option to sync the time, it works, reboots, the time is correct, but the option to keep time synced is off again. It won't stay on. I've tried the typical things, like, turning the breaker off-on, checking firmware updates. My current firmware is 20201111.0221. Anyone else have this problem. I tried chatting with support, but they couldnt help, other thank setting up an appointment I would be charged for.

Have you tried doing a full reset on the oven, like holding down the power button (if it has one) for a hard reboot?
