I have a RF28HFEDTSR Refrigerator where the water feed to the front panel dispenser is constantly freezing up. If I unplug the unit for a couple of hours, the water will start working again. It used to be occasional, now it seems to be an everyday issue. How can I keep the line from freezing?

However, I would like to ask additional questions, have you recently had the water line check for damage or replaced? I am one of many customers with the same problem. It was repaired when my refrigerator was under a warranty but now the water has stopped flowing again. I contacted Samsung and was told there is a solution to this problem but i would have to pay for the repair. They are not standing behind their product!
