My oven has the letter d displaying and I’m still able to use the top stove but when I use the oven and try to use it at any temperature it just stops it at 150 degrees Fahrenheit my owner manual doesn’t say anything about that message

Press Options for 3 seconds, and then Press 0 on the number pad.
Press 1 (On) or 2 (Off) on the number pad.
Press START/SET to save the changes.

Do you still have the book? If so, there is usually a page that tells you what every button is & it should tell you which button also doubles as the 'options' button. If you don't have the book that came with it then I can look it up for you.
