Kitchen and Family HubSo if no preheat required, how do you know when to start cooking?

Kitchen and Family HubI find it hard to believe that an oven, let alone a gas oven, instantly heats to the desired temperature with no pre-heat. However, nothing is stopping you from pre-heating and cooking the way you normally do. If you don't pre-heat, just put your food in the oven, set your temp and add an additional 5-10 minutes of cooking time, checking your food for doneness/overcooking during those last minutes.

Kitchen and Family HubOkay I have it figured out. As stated above by the community manager the no preheat is for the air fryer. I turned the oven on and set temp to 350 degrees. In about 15 minutes or so the oven does an audible beep to let you know that the oven is at temperature.
New stove so still learning.
