We bought an induction range about six years ago.  Very pleased with it until three months ago when oven started acting up.  Would not come to required heat.  Tech came out and said we need a PCB? board.  Can’t find one anywhere.  Has to be ordered from the States.  It was not a cheap stove.  It is unacceptable that we have to wait this long.  It’s been months!
We will not buy a Samsung range, fridge, washer etc again.  TV works good.  Forget the other stuff.  I’m not a techie person but with our old stoves I could usually fix them myself.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, and months is an unacceptable amount of time to wait on a basic kitchen necessity. Since the tech diagnosed it as a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) issue and Samsung is backordered, have you looked into third-party appliance board repair services? There are companies (like Circuit Board Medics or CoreCentric) where you can mail in your broken board, and they rebuild/solder it and send it back within a week or two. It might be worth checking out so you don't have to keep waiting on parts from the States!
