Cant register my tv - My tv started to go black except the center

The box claims to have a 3 year warranty. My tv started to go black except the center so i tried registering my product to see if the warranty covers the issues but every time I go to register it says my serial is unauthorized. Tried customer service which led to to no luck whatsoever

You'll likely only get responses from other users here. You need to go to the support tab at the bottom right of the homepage using the app and contact Samsung there.
