Casting to Samsung series 6 TV

Can an iPhone 11 cast to a Samsung Series 6 TV using WIFI?

I would think that any device that has casting capability can cast to a device that has receiving capability regardless of brand.

Can you download the SmartThings app? That's what I use to connect to mine, but I have a Samsung phone. You could probably use Chromecast as well.
