I cannot watch any content on my Samsung S89CB 77 since the software updated to ONE UI a few days ago. I can watch live TV and open and browse apps, but nothing will play. I just ran support diagnostics and emptied as many caches as I could and it didn't help at all.

Hey everyone.

Samsung Smart TVs, smart monitors, and projectors are loaded with many popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Xfinity, and Max. If you have an app that is freezing, not loading, missing, or crashing, you should try to cold boot the TV, update the TV's software, delete the app from the TV and download it again, and lastly reset Smart Hub on your TV.

If this doesn't help I recommend reaching out to our SmartThings team. They can be reached at 866-813-2404 or by email at support@smartthings.com

Try to factory reset if all methods don't work. Make sure you backup all data.

Update: MAX now works but Hulu and Disney do not.

Also everything works fine through my PS5, so it's definitely a Samsung issue.
