LED and OLED TVsHello,
I have owned a Samsung SUHD UE55KS7500S Curved TV for years. After resetting the TV settings, it updated itself. Since then, the TV no longer receives any picture from the PS5, displays only 640x480 resolution from the Nintendo Switch, and the only thing that works correctly is Google Chromecast. I called Samsung's service center to ask if they could roll back the software, as it is clearly faulty, and was told no ā "you shouldnāt have updated it." IS THIS A JOKE? I understand that the TV isnāt the newest model, but have you really resorted to forcing customers to buy a new device through software updates?
I would like my TV to function as it did before, as there is absolutely nothing physically wrong with it, yet youāve managed to ruin something with this update.
Please let me know what I need to do at this point to restore it to its previous state. I have to say, Iām extremely disappointed, despite being a huge Samsung fan, as I also own your fridge, flagship phones, and washing machine. However, this kind of situation deserves complete disrespect.
Sincerely,
Tomasz J.
