Has anyone installed firmware update version 6500 on a CU7000 tv ?
It is pushing a bunch of AI features which I really do not want. I currently have version 2000. It has been mostly ok but randomly every 2 or 3 weeks, all the Samsung Plus channels get reset back to all channels. Any favorites get washed away. I have to spend time re doing my selections.
TV has good picture and sound but the instability of the firmware is a real weakness. Repeated attempts to get any real result have all been a waste of time. Tv is over one year old and warranty have expired. Thanks for any useful suggestions. And yes I have done factory resets, smart hub resets and EPROM reset. Same problem returns about 2 weeks later. I suspect maybe as Samsung changes the Plus channels lineup their firmware can not handle it ?? HELP !
