I need help troubleshooting my Samsung tv. It is turning off and on by itself and will occasionally go to the Home Screen and then become visually distorted and turn off again. I cannot control it with the remotes.
Unplug the TV for a few minutes, the TV will reset the memory cache, if this does not help, do a factory reset. If this is an OS failure, it should help, if not, you should try reinstalling the software, or you may need to repair the TV.
