LED and OLED TVsDunno what SamsungCaleb edited in your post, or why he didn't reply here, but the below is from my 8K User Manual.
If you have a smudge that a "soft, dry cloth" won't remove, I would use a lens cleaning product and a lens cleaning cloth that is soft and has no lint, and then brush VERY LIGHTLY across the smudge so as not to damage the surface in any way.
Caring for the TV
• To clean this apparatus, unplug the power cord from
the wall outlet and wipe the product with a soft, dry
cloth. Do not use any chemicals such as wax, benzene,
alcohol, thinners, insecticide, air fresheners, lubricants, or
detergents. These chemicals can damage the appearance
of the TV or erase the printing on the product.
• The exterior and screen of the TV can get scratched during
cleaning. Be sure to wipe the exterior and screen carefully
using a soft cloth to prevent scratches.
• Do not spray water or any liquid directly onto the TV. Any
liquid that goes into the product may cause a failure, fire,
or electric shock.
