It looks like Netflix App suddenly stop working on some Samsung Devices Model's like : UA55MU7350 or UA49MU7350 , it's become stuck on loading 0% .
I tried to reinstall it or even did hard reset for TV's but unfortunately doesn't help .

LED and OLED TVs
You can try and update your app on the TV, and you can try clearing the cache on the App on the TV. Also, your TV could be one of those they consider outdated and was scheduled to stop working. I am not familiar with those two models or their age, but if they are recent (newer) devices, try clearing the cache/data or reinstalling the app on the TV.
