LED and OLED TVsI am trying to connect my windows 10 desktop (system is up-to-date) and my Samsung Crystal UHD TU7000 smart TV, purchased several months ago. I am trying to stream from computer to TV. The video streams OK, but there is no accompanying sound. The first couple of times I did streaming (shortly after I bought the TV), there was no problem: sight and sound both OK. I don’t remember doing anything different, but something changed.
I connect the computer and TV by following the steps described at
namely, WiFi is on, click on Connect in the Action Center, select my Samsung TV, then select Duplicate mode.
The video shows up on the TV but no sound.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! Just want to confirm have you made sure to select the correct audio source on your computer? It will sometimes not auto-detect the newest source and will have to manually switch it. You can do that by going to the right-hand corner of your desktop on the taskbar and right-clicking the icon that looks like a speaker, then clicking on open volume mixer, then you should see something that says output device, and should have a drop-down menu select your TV and you should be able to hear sound from your TV.

LED and OLED TVsHi,
Thanks for your reply. The drop-down list in the section Device shows two items: Speakers/Headphones (RealTek Audio) and Dell S2421HN (Intel(R) Display Audio). I don’t see an option to select my TV. Any idea for a different approach?
