LED and OLED TVsHi. Decided to try Samsung TV Plus for S&Gs. I'm in Australia.
Everything works; guide, channel details, thumbnails for shows, etc UP TO the point where I select a stream to watch. Then I get no video or audio, just the spinner in the top RHcorner with the STV+ logo, a delay then an Error message and a Retry button. No error code, no explanation. Retry and same result.
Wireshark shows that the TV is only accessing broadcast and multicast addresses.
Smart Hub reset. No change (other than I had to re-enter my account details)
Network Reset. No change
Factory Reset TV. No change. All settings show OK / Green ticks.
Gateway address .1 also hosts the DHCP server. DHCP is advertising 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 DNS servers.
I've tried DNS change to Google public. Manually setting IP address and DNS.
