Iāve noticed my prime video app is Version 9.0.0 Itās last update was on 2018. All other apps have recent updates, most from this year 2025. Is this normal for the prime video app on Samsung tizen systems? My tv is a 2019 Samsung Q60R.
I don't think that is normal. Go into the apps menu > locate Amazon prime, then reinstall the app. The latest version 5.2.1(5.0.2) was updated on 1-22-2025 on my tv's.
If what @MrGhoul doesn't work, you will need to reach out to the Amazon Prime app developers directly. It's possible that your TV will no longer be supported as it's considered older, but I can't say for certain. The app developers will be able to provide further assistance.
