Hi, just bought an oled 65in S90DD tv. and I would like to know how to remove the channel info banner that pops up every time for about 2 seconds every time I change the channel while watching Samsung free channels. I contacted Samsung and the guys on the phone could not help, talking to someone in another country. Also I cannot cast pics from my phone to the TV while on the same Wifi. Any help would be appreciated.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, you can not remove that information. As for the casting issue, are you making sure that your phone and TV are on the same wifi band? As both on the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band? Also, are you trying to use AirPlay or another casting option?
