HDR tone mapping is always grayed out no matter what I do, watching HDR content on Amazon prime video it's still grayed out. What gives??

LED and OLED TVsHello! @Tama2112 Thank you for posting about this. Some streaming apps or content may not fully support HaDR tone mapping settings on your TV. In this case, the feature might be disabled or automatically managed by the TV. Also, check if your TV is in the correct picture mode while watching HDR content. Certain modes might limit the available options for picture adjustments including tone mapping. Check that the firmware is current, as updates can improve HDR performance and compatibility.
