I have a 77" S95D that will sometimes show a black screen after using it and turning it off and back on. The issue occurs when turning it back on a few minutes later. Sometimes it stay black, but audio will play from the broadcast. I can turn it off using the remote but cannot get the screen to display anything but a black screen.
The only solution I have is to unplug it from the wall and let it reboot. Is this a problem with "Screen Optimization"?

LED and OLED TVsNothing found on diagnostics, I did a factory reset and the problem persists.
Steps I took after factory reset:
1- I turned the TV on and performed initial setup.
2- Left it on the first channel for 30 minutes.
3- I turned the TV off and 10 seconds later turned it back on. Screen remains black.
Leaving it off for about ~30 minutes fixes it. If I try after only 20 minutes I still get the black screen.

LED and OLED TVsPanel Care did not find any issues other than "auto-power off" which I want to keep on. Next, I will try resetting the TV to default settings after the TV stops being a black screen. I'll update in short time after completion.

LED and OLED TVsSide note: I found "Panel Care" was grayed out if I was using common apps, like YouTubeTV. The panel care option was grayed out until I selected Samsung TV Plus as my source.
