Samsung TV plus channels gone

So my Samsung TV plus channels have disappeared. 

I can't figure out a way to restore these channels. 

I restarted the TV but no joy. 

How do I restore Samsung TV plus channels?

No I haven't done a total factory reset. I was hoping to find an option or app to get it working again.

Hi Dan,

No I didn't have that option. 

I only just completed a factory reset and the channel returned now. I hope this doesn't happen again.
