LED and OLED TVsWhile watching a program on another app, the Samsung TV plus comes on closing the other app. In addition I cannot navigate outside of the app. The direction buttons will not work outside the Samsung TV plus app (for example to select Netflix), but do work within the app. This seems illegal.

LED and OLED TVsI seem to be having the same issue right now. I turned on my TV and it went straight to the Samsung TV plus app. But when I go to my smart hub, I cannot scroll through and select any of my apps. I get kicked out, back into Samsung TV plus, as soon as I try to scroll over.

LED and OLED TVssame. the remote would not synch and now only Samsung TV is available. One cannot navigate to anything else.

LED and OLED TVsI tried resetting my TV and unplugging it to no avail. All of a sudden, just a couple minutes ago, it started working again on its own. I can scroll through and select apps again. Had it resolved for everyone else?

LED and OLED TVsI experienced something similar but my tv is still hit or miss. I too unplugged etc.
