Hi.

 

i have a 3 month old Samsung 85” tv and the remote isn’t working. I have attempted all of the troubleshooting methods and it is still not working, just a solid red light and no action. Can I ask that you don’t refer me to the troubleshooting guide as I have gone through all of the appropriate steps to no avail.

 

please advise what’s needs to be done to arrange a new remote to be sent for free as I am in the warranty period.
