LED and OLED TVsI have 5 Samsung TV’s on my fiber optic network operating at over 900 Mbps. 4 TV’s didn’t have the Auto Update turned on and are using software 1401. On November 24, 2024, my QN 75Q 80RAFXZA auto updated to software 1500. Since the update, the TV continually buffers with all local networks and streaming. None of the other TV’s are doing that. This TV worked fine until the update, obviously a result of the update. Any suggestions how to fix the buffering?

LED and OLED TVsI don't know the specs of the TV, but is it possible it has lower storage space and the update created a bigger system file, so there is not enough space for swapping? Is there a way to clear the cache on TVs? I know that I have a cheap LG TV and it has low disk space, so there are only so many apps I can add to it and some of the apps don't function properly because of "low memory/storage".

LED and OLED TVsThis is a known issue, you should never enable the automatic update of your TV, it is better to do it manually after some time. There is a version 1500.5 available for your TV - this is the fifth patch of this version that has been released online, you have only two options.
1. wait for the update to be patched.
2. perform a factory reset via the hidden menu, the TV will roll back to the first factory firmware.

LED and OLED TVsThough Samsung Support didn’t acknowledge the issue, they advised that the only way to resolve this problem would be to replace the motherboard. They tried the factory reset but that didn’t resolve the problem.
