TV shows "Not Available" with remote button press, unresponsive

I've tried all the diagnostic checking and reseting, replaced batteries, cleaned remote contacts, reset tv. Only thing I can think to do is reset tv to factory. Anytime a button is pressed on the remote, a grey box showing "Not Available" pops up. Seems like the TV is receiving the input and the remote is projecting it, but doesn't do anything. Thanks

Hello! @billsaber Thank you for posting about this. Check your remote batteries to ensure the remote has fresh batteries, even if it seems to be working intermittently. A weak signal might cause the TV not to register the input fully. Try re-pairing the remote after, and check for software updates on the TV to make sure it's updated. The last drastic step you can try is resetting the TV to factory setting which could clear up any software glitches causing the issue. Make sure to backup any settings you'd like to keep.
