TV stuck on HDMI-1

There is nothing plugged into the port for HDMI-1, but when I power on the television, it shows that it’s stuck there anyway. It cycles through the “Samsung” screen and several others, never staying. The remote doesn’t work to change it.

Try this, turn off TV, unplug power, pull all devices out of HDMI ports, wait 20 minutes. Plug TV back in, then devices back into HDMI ports.

This almost always works to reset the HDMI ports.
