Why Can't I Download Kanopy and Hoopla apps to my new Smart TV?

Can anybody tell me why I can't download the Kanopy and Hoopla apps (both affiliated with public library systems) onto my new CU8000 Smart TV? Been watching them for years via a Roku device attached to my old Samsung 40" "not smart" TV (2008). Have been able to replicate almost everything onto the new TV...MLB, Filmrise, Pluto, etc.... but not these 2 apps and that's really a shame; they have great content.  Any suggestions?

Did you sign into the TV with a samsung account if not it won't let you download anything from the app store

Yes, I'm signed in. Downloaded MLB, Pluto and others, no problem

Typically, if an app you are searching for doesn't appear in the app store, it isn't compatible with your model device. I suggest reaching out to the app developers of the apps you are wanting and seeing if they can provide some input for you.
