Why won’t my tv connect to Sky WiFi

Hi, I’m having trouble connecting my Samsung tv to my new Sky broadband, I’ve tried everything from unplugging power, entering different ip addresses, resetting tv, pressing wps button on Sky device but nothing is working and I’m now starting to get really frustrated!! Please help!!

Have you tried plugging the TV directly into your router sometimes Wi-Fi doesn't want to work right away you might have to hardwire it then have Wi-Fi as a backup

I'm having exactly the same issue I cannot connect by anymeans I get error 107 ???
