LED and OLED TVsSo I got a new S90C, during setup, I noticed it was really grainy and I thought it was a "texture" effect of the samsung setup screen. fast forward to day 2, I noticed it was grainy while watching a movie. I then noticed it's grainy everywhere, even on the TV setup screen. Did I get a bad panel? here's my attempt at capturing the grainy effect, it's on every screen and movie.

LED and OLED TVsHi there, thanks so much for posting about this. I first recommend checking out the link below for some troubleshooting steps to help get your picture looking better. If these steps do not resolve the issue, we would generally recommend service as the next step. You're welcome to PM any of the mods here to discuss service options. However, since you did just purchase this TV, you may also want to check with your retailer about their exchange policy instead of pursuing service options.
