Brand new washer first started shaking violently during rinse and spin. Samsung wanted me to pay for the repair. Then the washer overflowed from upstairs to downstairs and damaged my floor and furniture. Now they have come back to repair it but they will not pay for my damages even though I have provided them with all of the information. Samsung they are thieves.
