Monitors and MemoryHave a 27" curved monitor C27HG70QQU that all of a sudden ceased working.
When powering on, the backlight and LED indicator comes on, but no picture.
No access to menus, cant switch modes, doesnt say "no input" or similar, just semi-dead.
Have tried a different powersupply, no change.
My last resort before throwing this 3 years old monitor out would be to factory reset it (unless anyone else got other ideas?) Problem is that screen is black. Are there anyone with identical/similar monitor, that can tell me the menu sequence for going to factory reset ? I know it is a long shot, but maybe there is life behind the black screen.
Thanks in advance.

Monitors and MemoryHello @sunespeg! Thank you for reaching out! Since this is something that is happening on all sources this is something that will require service. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.

Monitors and MemoryYes ofcourse, also tried all inputs, but as it doesnt even open menu or show "no signal found" im sure it is related to the monitor.
