Monitors and MemoryHello!
I own a 32" G51C monitor. LS32CG512ENXZA is the serial number. I bought this monitor from Best Buy in the US about 9 months ago.
I am having a problem with it and went to check the warranty. Unfortunately, the samsung website is saying there is no warranty information and I need to contact the country that the monitor was purchased from?
I bought this monitor in the US and live in the US. It was advertised with a 1 year warranty..
Any help or advice would be great!

Other exclusions, including restocking fees, non-returnable products and all other terms and conditions of the Best Buy Return & Exchange Promise apply."

It's always best to start with the merchant first in my experience., especially if they're local.

Monitors and MemoryThe model LS32CG512ENXZA is a current model sold by BestBuy and the posted warranty is 1 year parts and labor by the manufacturer (Samsung).
Did you register your monitor with Samsung for warranty purposes when you purchased it?
