Monitors and MemoryHello,
I recently got this monitor to go along with a gaming computer chair which can tilt the player, keyboard and monitor so you look more in a "launch position". If you need to see the chair just google " Imperator Works Easecomfy T2 Throne Chair". So, once I finally got everything assembled and hooked up, and tried it, the monitor keeps going dark when I Tilt up to about the same angle, say 25-30 degrees, then when I return to a normal sitting position, the monitor comes back on. I have checked and it is not the power cord, nor the DisplayPort coming loose in the back while tilting. I have tilted it while holding these in place and the problem persists. Thus, I cannot do what the Gaming chair is intended for as the monitor goes out when I tilt it. Also, would add that once I tilt up and monitor goes off, I cannot get it to come back on, either by handling either the power cord or the DisplayPort cord, nor with the remote. I have reproduced what happens with the chair and monitor and seems to go out around the same angle of tilt and come back about the same return to neutral position. I would like any ideas ASAP b/c I'm coming up on my 30 days post purchase and will return this if not solved in the next few days.
PS I also have downloaded the latest monitor firmware and latest NVIDIA drivers. Using a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
Thank You
Jobuu
