Note:

I couldn't find anything of value in the logs of C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Log, C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Samsung Magician, or C:\Users\Brian\AppData\Roaming\Samsung Magician. Every two minutes, the application restarts after the message: "Magician interrupted (or) Failed to complete the operation due to known error. Please click OK to refresh and try again. The SSD's I have installed are a 980 PRO (M.2), 960 EVO (M.2), 860 EVO (SATA), 850 EVO (SATA), and an Intel 660p (M.2). I'm running a fully up-to-date installation of Windows 11 Pro, 22H2, and a Z690 chipset.

Running 7.2 here on a gaming machine containing 8ea 1&2 TB 980 Pro with no problem. W11 22H2 X299 chipset.

Disconnect all but your boot drive and try it.  If it runs ok then connect the drives one at a time until it crashes.

If it crashes on the boot drive then good luck.

My PC with 960PRO had same problem as described in original post but was resolved by uninstalling Magician v7.2 and then reinstalling it after rebooting computer.  Lost all previous Performance benchmark history but small price to pay.
