I have 2 identical monitors model: LS49CG954SNXZA.
3 days ago one monitor had a popup message saying upgrade available and I elected to upgrade. It installed the "One UI" version of the operating system and seemed to have a firmware update as well. The new version is 2044.4.
I have tried to update the other monitor to no avail. The update feature tells me repeatedly that there is no update available and the update in question is not on the website. I find this to be irritating that one monitor updates and the other doesn't. How can I resolve this?
