Monitors and MemoryHi,
I have a disk array with 4 MZQL23T8HCLS-00A07 disks. Recently after reboot of the server, 2 of the disks came back with Firmware version as "ERRORMOD". I have not been able to access data on these 2 drives. I tried using the Samsung DC Toolkit to update the firmware version but I am not update to write the new firmware to any of the slots.
Another system shows the error as "the NVM subsystem reliability has been degraded due to significant media related errors or any internal error that degrades NVM subsystem reliability."
Has anyone seen this error? What's the best approach to recover data from these drives.
Thanks,

Monitors and MemorySeeing as these are Enterprise class U.2 drives you should be over on the Samsung Business side of things, not here in the Consumer forums.
Try this: https://www.samsungknox.com/en/enterprise-tech-support
