Do a Google search  for "samsung t22d390 power adapter".

I did that. The reason I asked was because I wanted the exact model number so I could buy one directly from samsung parts

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Your full model number should be on the back of the monitor. If it's not there you can look at your place of purchase and locate the specific monitor you have and find the model number there. And that's all you should need for the samsungparts.com. website.
