Oddessy ark Gen 2 multiview

Hi 

I have recently purchased a gen 2 ark. I am trying to find out how to choose which apps i can choose from on the multiview. 

At the moment the only apps it will allow me to use is myfive, internet, youtube, u 

I want to add twich, nowtv, netflix or other tv apps but cant work out how to do it.

Any help greatly appriciated.

You should be able to choose what apps can be used in multiview by Pressing the Multi View button on the remote control Press the Ark Dial Menu button on the Ark Dial, and then select Multiview

Not all the apps I have installed on my TV are there when I select multi view it only shows myfive, internet, youtube, u and pc and camera.

I have Netflix and now TV but none are showing up. Do I need to add them or should it automatically up date them when I install them?

You should be able to add them via the multi-view button or the Ark Dial

Note: Only one source can be selected when using Multi View. The remaining screens can be a combination of Smart TV apps, TV Plus channels, and phone content via screen mirroring.

They are not there when you go to multiview on the wheel you click add view . There only only the few apps mentioned bove myfive etc. I have many more installed.   I have just restarted TV, ensured I had updated firmware. I have the ark gen 2 

So it sounds like a software bug that they are not feeding through

Seems as if Samsung locks the layouts of the multi-view,

Samsung.... can you  look into the issue and remove the restriction around what apps we can use. Seems pointless to restrict which apps we can use when we could just load them in another pc in any case.
