So I have a black screen every minute or so that goes completely black then comes back after a few seconds.  I have the 49 inch G9 OLED 240hz monitor and I know this issue is common as I've done some searching.  Well basically I go through the warranty procedure on their website to put in a ticket and get matched with a company that will assist in fixing the monitor.

However they scheduled me with a company that only does TVs then they'd cancel my appointment and never even contact me to tell me and I'd just be waiting for days until I got in contact asking why it was cancelled and no response as of why just for them to reschedule me with the exact same place a 2nd time to be cancelled again with no explanation as to why AGAIN.  Then finally I had to call and they explain they only fix TVs.  So I asked why they'd schedule me for monitor work with a company that doesn't fix monitors just be to met with "we don't know sir".  So now I'm talking with someone forever and finally the next day I get a text saying that due to the fact there are no technicians in my area I'll be reimbursed for the monitor.  Keep in mind it's already been two weeks since I've had issues.

I thought well that's not too bad I'll just have to probably send this in after I get the new monitor.  Well not with Samsung, because only other businesses treat their customers who spend thousands on their products like human beings.  At Samsung they won't even give you the store credit to buy another monitor until they have the old monitor because you might steal it.  At this point after being ran around for weeks and never being treated like a valued customer I have to say I doubt I will buy another Samsung product, not if this is the type of support I can expect.  Hopefully others have better luck with support than I did, but after this mess I just want to get another monitor and be done with this, I'll go back to LG after this.  As of now it's been over a month since I've tried to get support, and I'm still waiting in limbo for this magic trucking company to show up so the billionaire in charge doesn't flip out thinking he's going to lose 1800 dollars on a monitor.

It's from best buy but it's still within a year of purchase so it falls under Samsung warranty. Luckily I got the extended bestbuy warranty because I have a feeling this monitor won't last. Just frustrating it's been well over a month and just today they got the monitor but now I'm told I have to wait another three business days to get a coupon to use on their site to buy another monitor even though they have proof of reception. Not to mention when I called today to figure out where to submit the paperwork the driver gave me to give Samsung I was forwarded 4 times over the phone. The customer service is just the worst.

It's under Samsungs warranty as it's after 30 days but before the year warranty is up. Can only use bestbuy after the year is up.
