Hi, 

I need to export my rolls from my flip 2 TV via e mail but  smtp settings causing problems. smtp settings;

smtp.gmail.com

SSL/TCL => active

port 465, 587

user@gmail.com

p********

I got FTM/FTFP  error. If SSL/TCL is deactivate, server request timeout occurs. I need a solution for this. Samsung didn't helped me cause they don't even know what they're selling.

My second problem is exporting via mobile phone. Signage app reads the barcode but shows error like "Something came up". I need to fix this issue. Please help.

Nothing in the user manual indicates any sort of email/smtp support.  It's a monitor, you input data on its' many input ports and it dazzles you with the display.

Anyway, being a business class product you  should be setting up a Samsung Business account and getting your support from there.  Read your user manual  too.

This forum is for non business consumers like me with run of the mill gaming monitors and Memory products.

Hi,

I contacted with local business solution center, also contacted with europe customer services, no luck so far. I really don't know what to do. I also read the entire documentation related with  exporting e-mail and I must say it doesn't solve at all. Do you have any contact information that I can actually communicate with someone who can actually help me?
A quick change=> model number is WM55R
