I have tried everything, hours, to get this New Samsung 990 Pro (Heat Sink) to upgrade its Firmware and keeps failing through Magician.
Its really sad that one has to go through this to get a $200 hard drive to work???
purchased from Amazon. Dtae of Hard Drive states 2023 04 27
Please help. I'm outside 30 day return to Amazon.

Are you able to post a picture of the error you get when trying to update firmware and also post a picture of the information shown under "Drive Details" in Magician?
