Monitors and MemoryI have been using the Samsung ViewFinity S9 monitor for 3-4 months. After my monitor is first switched on, the back of the monitor gets very hot. Is this heating normal? When I put my hand on it because it gets very hot, sometimes it feels like my hand is burning. I hear cracking sounds during this heating. Do I need to contact the service? I am waiting for your advice.

Monitors and MemoryThat doesn't sound good at all! We'd like to look into this a bit further for you. Please send us (any of the mods here) a private message with the full model code and serial number of the monitor. If you'd rather speak with someone on the phone, please call into 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864).
