I believe the beta is only available to all UNLOCKED Note 10 devices that would have to be purchased straight from Samsung and not in a carrier store
Are you trolling us? 🤔 Have not seen any banner and I have the unlocked Note 10+ on T-Mo.

Terrible. Camera is all messed up now. Bunch of little issues. Not worth beta
