Honestly, not for a few months. It's just starting to hit beta now and only unlocked phones are eligible for the beta.

It is taugh as first it would probably be S10 models and end of year is when usually EU models start getting the update.  T-Mobile also needs to test the update which takes about 3 weeks.  To be on a safe side Q1 2020

Only 3 countries are getting the beta update for now,

USA, South Korea and Germany

And if you are lucky you will get it

I'm not sure if we all going to get the beta update on the note 10 and note 10+ but I heard s10 are getting it

Beta might be in Germany but no official date on US beta yet

Also if you clear the if you clear the data and cache I'm the Samsung Members app and the log back in to your Samsung Members app you might see the beta software
