For the note 10 series in the US it's not released yet. Hopefully within the next couple days. And they already said the the unlocked version is the one getting it first.

The Beta of Android 10 1UI isn't available at the moment it will be posted on here and a banner will be posted on the Samsung Member App to Register for it the banner will look like my picture below

@kpelkeyk You won't see the Banner until its available and at the moment they are no official date for the release of the Beta

I have an unlocked s10+ and can see the banner but tried registering it many times. The banner's still there.

I was having the same issues too..Clicked on the register link and it didn't work so I went online and used a random method someone suggested
